At Ideal You, every weight loss journey is worth celebrating. Our 2026 Summer Weight Loss Challenge brought six weeks of commitment, determination, and incredible results from participants who embraced healthier habits and stayed focused on their goals.

Today, we’re thrilled to recognize our two overall champions!

🏆 Women’s Division Winner

Donna G. of Clarence achieved an amazing 10.14% body weight loss in just six weeks!

Donna’s consistency, dedication, and commitment to making healthy choices earned her the top spot in the Women’s Category. Her success is proof that small, sustainable habits can lead to life-changing results.

🏆 Men’s Division Winner

Tim S. of West Seneca claimed the Men’s Division title by losing an impressive 11.61% of his body weight in six weeks!

Tim’s hard work and perseverance throughout the challenge demonstrate what’s possible with the right support, accountability, and determination.

Winning Beyond Weight Loss

As part of their championship prizes, each winner received:

  • $500 in FREE Ideal You food

  • $500 to donate to a local charity of their choice

In a wonderful example of giving back, both Donna and Tim selected Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo as the recipient of their charitable donations. Their generosity allows their success to make an even greater impact in our community.

Congratulations!

We’re incredibly proud of Donna and Tim for their outstanding accomplishments. Their stories inspire everyone in our Ideal You family to keep moving forward, trust the process, and celebrate every victory along the way.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Summer Weight Loss Challenge. Whether you lost a few pounds, reached a major milestone, or simply built healthier habits, every step forward is something to be proud of.

We can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish in our next challenge!
